Vienna & Budapest

I skipped Thanksgiving this year and instead went to Vienna, Austria and Budapest, Hungary with my houseguests Jennie and Rebecca. From Vicenza we took the overnight train to Vienna, where we saw the outsides of many buildings and shopped til we dropped at a couple of Christmas markets. For us the main attraction in Budapest--besides its beauty--was the thermal baths. Budapest has the most natural hot springs of any European city (I don't THINK I made that statistic up) and we spent the better part of our daylight hours soaking in one, outside.
